1933 Wanted Poster for 4 Bandits who Robbed a Mail Truck

This is an original wanted poster prepared by the Post Office in Washington DC regarding a holdup of a mail truck at Charlotte, NC on November 15, 199. The "bandits had been identified and were:
1. Basil Banghart, aliases Basil H. Banghart, Hugh Basil Banghart, Basil Hugh Banghart, Larry Kelly, Owl Kelly, Basil Lawrence Markey, Lawrence Hart, Robert Magill, Larry the Aviator, L.J. Rogers, etc. In 1933 he was 30 years old, 5' 8 7/8" tall, 138 lbs, medium build, ligt brown hair, blue eyes, fair complexion and had wrinkles across his forehead.
2. Charles Connors, aliases Charles C. Connors, "Ice Wagon" Connors, "Ice" Connors, Eugene Crotty, etc. He was 54, 5' 4 1/4" tall, 157-170 lbs, brown & gray hair, brown eyes, medium dark complexion.
3. Ludwig Schmidt, aliases Louis Schmidt, Fred Schmidt, Dutch Schmidt, etc. - 39 years old, 5', 9" tall 175 lbs., slender build, very light brown hair, blue eyes, sallow complexion, German
4. Isaac Costner, aliases Isaac Allen Costner, Ike Costner, etc. - 37 years old, 5', 9 1/4' tall, 153 lbs, blue eyes, medium build, medium fair complexion, two small scars under point of chin, scar on left temple.
The wanted poster is signed in type by T.M. Milligan, post office inspector in charge, Washington, DC. The back of the wanted poster has the 4 men's fingerprints.
